4. Bookings and Payments
4.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment (as specified) has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Prime Tours.
4.2 Pricing
Prices are subject to availability and may change due to supplier costs, currency fluctuations, taxes, or fuel surcharges. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.
4.3 Payments and Security
Payments are handled entirely by secure third-party payment processors. Prime Tours & Travel LLC does not collect, process, or store your credit/debit card information. When making a payment, you will be directed to a secure environment managed by our payment provider. We only retain transaction metadata (such as confirmation numbers and dates) for record-keeping and booking verification.
5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
All cancellations, amendments, and refunds are subject to the Refund Policy outlined below and supplier-specific conditions.
5.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
