We act as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, and tour operators.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date

You are responsible for ensuring that you possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, health certificates, and insurance where required.

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment (as specified) has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Prime Tours.

4.2 Pricing

Prices are subject to availability and may change due to supplier costs, currency fluctuations, taxes, or fuel surcharges. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.

4.3 Payments and Security

Payments are handled entirely by secure third-party payment processors. Prime Tours & Travel LLC does not collect, process, or store your credit/debit card information. When making a payment, you will be directed to a secure environment managed by our payment provider. We only retain transaction metadata (such as confirmation numbers and dates) for record-keeping and booking verification.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

All cancellations, amendments, and refunds are subject to the Refund Policy outlined below and supplier-specific conditions.

5.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Typical refund structure (subject to supplier policy):

Non-refundable deposits (typically 10–30%) apply.

5.2 Operator-Initiated Cancellations

If a tour is canceled by the operator due to low participation, safety, or operational reasons, customers are usually offered:

• A full refund, or

• A travel credit or rebooking option

Force majeure-related cancellations may result in credits rather than cash refunds.

5.3 Force Majeure

Events beyond reasonable control include, but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Severe weather

• Pandemics

• Government actions

• Political unrest

• Strikes

Refunds depend on recoverable costs and services delivered.

5.4 Non-Refundable Components

Certain services cannot be refunded, including:

• Airline or train tickets

• Hotel prepayments

• Permits and entrance fees

• Third-party service charges

These are disclosed during booking.

5.5 No-Shows

No refunds are issued for no-shows or missed services.

5.6 Custom and Private Tours

Custom tours may require higher non-refundable deposits (20–50%). Once planning begins, refunds are limited and supplier penalties apply.

5.7 Administrative Fees

Cancellation, amendment, or transaction fees may apply even when a refund is granted.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellation

• Medical emergencies

• Delays

• Lost baggage

• Emergency evacuation

Personal circumstances (illness, passport issues, missed flights) are generally not refundable without insurance coverage.

7. Changes to Itineraries

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or schedules when necessary due to operational, safety, or external factors. Equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prime Tours acts as an intermediary and is not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party providers

• Delays, cancellations, or overbooking

• Loss, injury, illness, or damage during travel

• Force majeure events

Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid directly to Prime Tours for the affected service.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, images, text, and materials are the intellectual property of Prime Tours & Travel LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosova. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kosova.
